Ann Wolf, MA, LPC

Ann Wolf is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She provides counseling services in Monmouth County in her office in Red Bank.  Mrs. Wolf holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Kean University and has completed all coursework for an Ed.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hall University.

Mrs. Wolf assists clients dealing with issues involving  trauma, relationships, and mental health.  She works with adults, teens, children, and families.  Being a cancer survivor herself, she has a personal interest in helping individuals and their families deal with the emotional issues and challenges of coping with a serious illness.

Through her experience she has learned to appreciate and to relate to many different types of people, and is particularly interested in helping people successfully come back from extreme and life disrupting events. Mrs. Wolf’s  approach to counseling includes using Cognitive Behavioral techniques (helping the client discover new ways of thinking about feelings and situations), Strength Based concepts (focusing on client strengths as resources), and a Person Centered approach (the client and therapist collaborate on counseling goals).

Mrs. Wolf’s goal is to inspire and encourage her clients to change their patterns of thinking and feeling and to improve their relationships and lead more fulfilling lives.  She is always available by phone or email to answer your questions or to schedule an appointment.
